OUR RESPONSE

We’re proud that we’ve been able to support our residents throughout the pandemic, enabling students to stay and live in Hatch throughout the lockdown period. This is thanks to our health and safety measures introduced in early 2020.
Hatch complies with all Irish government regulations and Ireland’s response to the COVID-19 Pandemic has been commended by the WHO.
HATCH is not only the coolest place to live while studying in Ireland,  it is also a really safe community for you to live, study and socialise.  Our focus over the past few months has been to ensure our residents living with us are protected and here are a few of the initiatives we have introduced:
Hygiene Matters

At HATCH all of our rooms have received a full and extensive deep clean before you arrive.  At the entrances into the building, and at the main circulation points hand sanitizing stations are available for our residents.  Our cleaning team are taking extra care to wipe down main doors and handles and keep all our cool common spaces clean.

Early Arrival Options

For residents who may have to travel to get to HATCH and are asked by country guidelines to self isolate or restrict their movements, we have an early arrival option so that you can settle into your new home and self isolate in comfort at a time when there are less residents in the building.  For further information email us and we can help link that to your booking

Social Distance Socialising

One big reason for coming to HATCH is the incredible sense of community that grows out of our fantastic social areas.  Social distancing is important at the moment but so is socialising.  Our Clubhouse, snugs, Outdoor spaces and  games rooms are all rearranged with reminder signage to ensure you can still spend time with other resident friends.

Maintenance and Service Requests

When you need us to help or fix something in your apartment we will always be there for you.  All of our maintenance and service team follow strict procedures to ensure safe distancing when carrying out their tasks and have protective equipment.

Remote Customer Service

With our online systems and team we can help you from a safe distance. Everything from booking a room to making a maintenance request can be done online.  We will also still have our team at the desk at key times so you can still drop down to chat or ask a question in person !!!

Looking after your well-being

HATCH residents get the benefit of knowing that they are living in a community that cares for them.  We follow important health guidelines in our day to day support of our residents to ensure HATCH is a safe place to live.  In order to support our residents we have a number of separate apartments where residents can self-isolate should they be have symptom of COVID or their GP advise it.  We can even assist you with food deliveries.  This ensures all our residents are fully supported during these times.
